Delivery
Orders take approximately 14 days to complete unless specified otherwise. Once dispatched, your order will take 1 - 2 days to be delivered via courier. You will receive advance notification of when your package will be delivered, which means you have options for redelivery. If you miss your delivery it will be taken back to depot and a calling card will be left. If you do not collect within the timeframe specified then unfortunately your parcel will be returned to us and we may charge additional shipping to send the order back out to you.
We currently only ship within the UK. Delivery charges are £5.95 per order.
From time-to-time there are slight delays in shipping times.
Returns
As all orders are classed as 'customised' products, we do not offer a returns service for unwanted goods. We strongly therefore recommend that you check your order thoroughly before proceeding. This does not affect your statutory rights.
If you believe there is a fault with your order then please contact the customer service team who will be happy to assist with your query. Any item(s) where a fault has been caused due to customer negligence or by not following the garment care instructions, will not be refunded. Only manufacturing faults will be considered.

We are unable to offer exchanges or refunds on any items that have been customised or personalised to your specific requirements.
Customised goods include (but are not limited to):
- Items featuring your club, team, company, or school badge/logo
- Garments with printed or embroidered logos
- Items with embroidered or printed initials, names, or numbers
- Sponsor logos
- Any additional print or embroidery added to a garment
- Any decoration applied to an otherwise blank item
Once a product has been customised, it cannot be resold and is therefore non-returnable unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.
Please ensure all sizing, spelling, and customisation details are checked carefully before placing your order, as we cannot amend or cancel customised items once production has begun.
